Of Mt. Morris died December 14, 2008 in Ann Arbor. The funeral service will take place 1:30pm, Friday, December 19, 2008 at the Miles Martin Funeral Home in Mt. Morris, with burial to follow at Mt. Morris Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 1:00pm until 8:00pm, and on Friday from 11:00am until time of service at 1:30pm. Memorial contributions may be made to the Family Fund. Envelopes are available at the funeral home. Patricia was born December 11, 1941, in Marion, Michigan the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles and Mabel (Smith) Szemites. Patricia worked as a homemaker raising six children. Patricia leaves to cherish her memory husband Guy, six children: Deanna (Mike) Morrison, Joanna (Ron) Pruett, Rena Corlew, Guy Phillips Demoines, Gale Peck, and Joseph (Rachel) Demoines, sister: Susie Thayer, 16 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers: Mike, Phillip and Steve Szemites.
