Obituary of Sherry Cannon

Of Hodgenville, Kentucky, formerly of Mt. Morris, age 50, died Saturday, November 23, 2013, at University of Louisville Hospital. The funeral service will take place 6:00 pm, Friday, November 29, 2013, at the Martin Funeral, Cremation & Tribute Services in Mt. Morris with cremation to follow. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, November 29, 2013, from 11:00 am until the time of service. Memorial contributions may be directed to the family fund. Envelopes are available at the funeral home. Sherry was born March 4, 1963, in Flint, Michigan, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gerald and Joalyce (Pepper) Kaczmarczyk. She and Robert Cannon were united in marriage November 26, 1983, at St. Mary's Church in Mt. Morris. She attended Powers Catholic High School graduating with the Class of 1981. In her free time she enjoyed crocheting, gardening, traveling and spending time with her family and friends. Left to cherish her memory are husband, Robert Cannon; three children, Robert Cannon Jr. and wife, Brittany, Natasha Cannon, and Austin Cannon; granddaughter, Kristen; four siblings, Terrilynn Tyree, Kerry Riley and husband, Jeff, Gerald "Coke" Kaczmarczyk and wife, Ann and Matt Kaczmarczyk and wife, Kylie and many other family and friends. Sherry was preceded in death by her parents.
