Obituary of Annabelle Thiede

Of Vassar, age 85, passed away Wednesday, January 28, 2009, at the Cartwright Care Center. The memorial service will take place 1:00pm, Saturday, February 7, 2009 at the Martin Funeral Home in Vassar. Pastor James Naumann will officiate with burial to take place at Cadillac Memorial Gardens in Westland, Michigan. Cremation has already taken place. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 10:00am until time of service at 1:00pm. Those desiring may direct memorial contributions to the St. Luke Lutheran Church in Vassar. Envelopes are available at the funeral home. AnnaBelle was born December 2, 1923, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Percival and Mary (Lishka) Collis. She and Clarence L. Thiede were united in marriage on June 9, 1962. Clarence preceded her in death on May 26, 1965. AnnaBelle attened Vassar High School and was employed at the Ford Motor Company in Dearborn for 32 years. She leaves to cherish her memory sister, Phyllis A. Parrent, sister-in-law, Hilda Collis and many loving nieces, nephews and friends. AnnaBelle was preceded in death by her parents Percival and Mary Collis, three brothers: John, William and Robert, and three sisters: Flora, Georgina and Mary Evelyn.
