Steve you will always be in our hearts. You truly had the most gentle soul. I’ll never forget that you sat with me in my backyard and cried over the feral cat Grey Kitty before we had to put him down. We will also be grateful to you for taking the time to rescue a puppy in the road in front of your house. Boe would not have the life she does if not for your strength to help thoses in need even animals. I know the hearts of your friend’s and family are broken and we pray for the one’s left behind. Sharon and Steven's family: we are deeply saddened by Steven's untimely passing. We have good memories of Steven, Sarah and our sons Todd and Troy growing up with Steven. He became a man any parent would be proud of. The sudden death of a child is the most devastating thing that can happen to a parent and our heart goes out to you Sharon. We hope that the good memories of his life eventually bring some healing and peace to you as he would want. I never say "i know how you feel" unless i've been through the same thing. The crushing pain of losing our son Todd 6 years ago can't be described. We know how much you are hurting and are praying for you. I am at a loss for words other than pure sadness. I don't have a single childhood memory without Steve in it. Playing with his little blonde curls until we both fell asleep as toddlers, having Steve save me from any disaster I got myself into or as we grew, just talking through the curves life threw at us. Steve, you will be so missed! I wish I could hug your mom right now. I love you Steve and I always will. Sarah
