Mildred G. (Gobel) Fettes, age 96, of Burton, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, April 19, 2018, at her home. In accordance with Mildred's wishes, cremation has taken place with private family burial to follow at a later date in Flint Memorial Park Cemetery. Mildred was born November 4, 1921, in Prague, Arkansas, she is the daughter of the late William and Daisy (Gobel) Creager. She was preceded in death by her husband Vernon Fettes on April 26, 2001. Left to cherish her memory is her daughter Gwendolyn (Michael) Rosa; one granddaughter; three great-grandchildren.
