Obituary of Jeffrey Ryan Derengowski

Of Mt. Morris, age 44, died unexpectedly Tuesday, February 17, 2009 at Hurley Medical Center. The funeral service will take place 2:00pm, Sunday, February 22, 2009 at the Miles Martin Funeral Home in Mt. Morris. Pastor David Burkett will officiate with cremation to follow. Family will receive at the funeral home on Friday from 5:00pm to 8:00pm, Saturday from 1:00pm to 8:00pm and on Sunday from 12:00 noon until time of service at 2:00pm. Memorial donations may be considered to a family fund, for his son Matthew, envelopes are available at the funeral home. Jeffrey was born April 23, 1964 in Flint, Michigan the son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard and Shirley (Badgley) Derengowski. He was employed as a truck driver most recently working for Deep Woods Recovery. Jeff leaves to cherish his memory his son Matthew Derengowski,and Sara Munoz, mother of his son Virginia Byers, parents Richard and Shirley Derengowski, brothers and sisters Rick Derengowski and Karrie Miller, Terry Derengowski, Denise Dillon and Jeff Duell, Robert Derengowski, Lisa and husband Glenn Smith, girlfriend Melanie Wilson, and many special nieces, nephews, and friends. He was preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents, Aunt Beverly, cousins Chrissy Badgley, and Michael Derengowski and friend Rick Germain.
