Billy Baldwin Aiken, age 83, of Mt. Morris, died Saturday, December 23, 2017, at her home in Mt. Morris. The funeral service will take place 1:30 pm, Thursday, December 28, 2017, at the Martin Funeral, Cremation & Tribute Services in Mt. Morris. Billy's family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 10:30 am until the time of the service at 1:30 pm. Pastor Billie Lou Gillespie to officiate with burial to follow at Flint Memorial Park Cemetery. Those desiring may consider memorial contributions to the Hurley Foundation Legacy; Hematology and Oncology in honor of Trey Bedtelyon. Envelopes are available at the funeral home.
Billy was born August 24, 1934, in Asheville, North Carolina, she is the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Bobby (Parker) Baldwin. She married the love of her life, Charles J. Aiken. Sadly, he preceded her in death. In her free time, Billy enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, reading, playing Bingo and games on her Game Boy. She was also a member of the Secret Pals Club.
Left to cherish her memory, children: Charles Aiken, David (Kelly) Aiken, Cathy (Tom) Johnson, E.J. Aiken, Patricia (David Mains) Myers, Jeffrey Aiken, Carla Aiken, and Ruth Ann Aiken; brothers: Jack Baldwin, and Ray (Charlotte) Baldwin; 22 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren; special friends: Carrie Lucille Scott, and Lela Marshall; and many other family members and friends.
Billy was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband Charles J. Aiken.
