Obituary of Caitlin Joyce Anspaugh

Caitlin Anspaugh Age 25, of Flint, died Thursday, May 4, 2017, at her home in Flint. A funeral service will take place at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, May 10, 2017, at Martin Funeral, Cremation & Tribute Services in Mt. Morris with cremation to follow. The family will be present at the funeral home on Tuesday, May 9, 2017, from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm, and on Wednesday from 11:00 am until time of service at 2:00 pm. Those desiring to make memorial contributions in Caitlin's memory may direct them towards her family. Envelopes are available at the funeral home. Caitlin was born August 19, 1991, in Flint to Harold Davis and Cariann Anspaugh (Edgin), Caitlin attended Davison High School, graduating with the class of 2009, and would continue her education as a nursing major at Baker College and Mott Community College in Flint. Intelligent, adventurous, charismatic, and crazy soul are all good ways to describe Caitlin. To her family and friends, she was known for her ability to bring joy to anyone she met. Caitlin loved spending time with her family and friends and cherished her son, Gage. She was a strong-minded woman that put 110% effort into anything she was passionate about. She also enjoyed everything mother nature had to offer and was an avid animal lover, especially her pet chickens. Caitlin enjoyed expressing creativity through her artistic abilities. She also enjoyed making connections through conversations with people, listening to music, gardening, and helping those in need. Left to cherish her memory are her son, Gage Anspaugh; mother, Cariann Anspaugh (Edgin); father, Harold Anspaugh Jr, and wife, Addie Harris, two brothers: Davin and wife, Jamie Anspaugh, and Dylan Anspaugh; four nieces: Emma, Chloe, Hannah, and Alaina Anspaugh; numerous cousins, and special friends.
