We were so lucky to live next door to Mr. & Mrs. Baranski from 1995 until 2002. The most perfect neighbors for a young family! Mitchell's bedroom was on the end of the house nearest the Baranski's. In the summer, at nap time, Bill was always working in the yard. I would hear Mitchell, maybe 3 yrs old - he would be at his open window, "Hi Mr. Baranski, What are you doing Mr. Baranski?" and Bill was always so kind and patient and gave the kids so much attention. I remember Bill and Alane buying little snowmen (actual smpnowmen) when Kalin & Mitchell decided to make them and sell them - pretty sure they were the only customers - the kids delivered them to the Baranski front porch. We were so blessed to live next door to Mr. Baranski - our condolences to his family and our thanks for sharing him with us.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family during this difficult time. I have such great memories as a child spending time at the Baranski house. Bill always had a smile on his face and made you feel very comfortable just being a normal kid. Whether we were playing ball in the backyard, running in and out of the house and of course not going to sleep when we were told it was lights out time. May you all be comforted in knowing your dad/grandpa has gone home to be with his Heavenly Father.
