Age 92, of Flint, died Friday, August 12, 2016, at McLaren-Flint. In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place. There are no services scheduled at this time.
Leona was born January 1, 1924, in Hillman, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. William and Louisa Klein. She graduated from Hillman High School. She worked for General Motors for many years before retiring. In her free time, she enjoyed reading and watching Shark Tank on TV.
Left to cherish her memory are sons: William Henke, Eldon and wife, Judith Bauer, and Gordon Parker; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents, first husband, George and second husband, Clarence, great grandson, Chad, two sisters, Mabel and Delyn and two brothers, Eldon and Cecil.
A Memorial Tree was planted for Leona
