Raymond “Doug” Driskill, age 65, of Mt. Morris, died Thursday, June 2, 2016 at home. According to his wishes cremation has taken place.
Mr. Driskill was born April 1, 1951 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to the late Mr. & Mrs. Raymond and Rosezetta (Johnson) Driskill. Raymond retired from General Motors after 33 years on the assembly line. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed playing a Beachwood Golf Course. Raymond also loved the outdoors and was an extremely outgoing man who could strike up a conversation with everyone he met.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Carol (McWilliams) Driskill; four children: Jennifer and husband, Guy Trotter, Mike and wife, Sarah Driskill, Angela and husband, Cody Vine, and Nicholas Driskill; four grandchildren: Michaela Driskill, Barcley Trotter, Sydney Trotter, and Evan Driskill; two brothers: David Driskill, and John Driskill; three sisters: Joanne Francisco, Carol Hudson, and Cathy Frazee; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Raymond was preceded in death by his parents.
