Obituary of Nancy A. Kreil

Of Vassar, age 73, died Tuesday, December 3, 2013, at home. The funeral service will take place 11:00 am, Friday, December 6, 2013, at the Martin Funeral Home in Vassar. Rev. Michele Hile will officiate with burial to follow in Juniata Township Cemetery, in Watrousville. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm and on Friday, 9:00 am until time of service at 11:00 am. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Family Fund. Envelopes are available at the funeral home. Nancy was born March 19, 1940, in Caro, Michigan, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ernie and Lena (Tedford) Barrons. She and Dale Kreil and were united in marriage on January 7, 1961. She worked for Walbro Corporation for 40 years, retiring in March of 2002. In her free time Nancy enjoyed camping, going to the casino, bowling and playing Bingo. Left to cherish her memory are two daughters, Kim and husband, Joe "Dizzy" Dean and Marsha Hiller; three grandchildren, Dustin Clark, Becky Stadler and Jessie Bilicki; seven great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Dale; granddaughter, Candi Wilcox; four sisters, Darlene, Dorothy, Wilda, and Karen; and brother, Butch.
