So sorry to learn of the passing of Una, she was a special, special lady, and I loved her so. Many fond memories of her during my years as a member of Mt. Morris OES #474. She gave me a copy of her book that she wrote and I will be using it next week at a ladies tea. The good Lord greeted her with "a job well done". She will be missed by many,

Dear Kathy, Joanne & Paul,
Our hearts are very sad that we have lost our beloved and dear sister-in-law, and
We are also very sad that we are not in Michigan to attend her memorial service and to See all of you.
Una was the kindest and most giving person one could ever know and she was beautiful
Inside and out. We will miss her dearly.
After viewing the pictures you posted on her obituary last evening, we went thru the
Album she had put together as a thank you for the trip we gave to her and Lloyd for his
"Second" retirement. It was so clever. She had written in her poetry style by every picture
Details of the entire trip.. That was in May, 1999. We had a wonderful time with them and Will always cherish the memory.
Her body was giving out on her, but not her mind . She called me on my birthday last
August and again in October on Bill's birthday . We were always amazed that she remembered.
And she even sent a card to Bill with the memories of years past and joked that it took her several
Days to write it.
Bill and Una loved and respected each other very much. They always liked to kid each other
That they were each other's favorite sister-in-law , etc.
We are going to donate to the Masonic Pathways in Una's memory. Both your Mother and
Dad enjoyed their time there and were always happy they had made the move.
Now Una & Lloyd are together again. And if they are not in heaven, there is no hope for the
Rest of us.
Love,
Uncle Bill & Aunt LInda

I have many fine memories of spending time at the Heidebreicht's home with my old buddy Paul as children. Lloyd & Una were some of the kindest people I've ever know. My mother always thought highly of Una and she was a good friend to my mom. I'm very sorry for your loss.
