Obituary of Albert Luther White

Of Mt. Morris, age 65, died Thursday, April 23, 2009 at Genesys Regional Medical Center. The funeral service will take place 4:30pm, Sunday, April 26, 2009 at the Miles Martin Funeral Home in Mt. Morris. Father Andrew Czajkowski will officiate with cremation to follow. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 1:00pm to 3:00pm, and 5:00pm to 8:00pm, and on Sunday, from 1:00pm until time of service at 4:30pm. Albert was born February 17, 1944 in Flint, Michigan the son of Mr. and Mrs. Albert and Ethel (Adkins) White, Sr. He and Darlene Cayer were united in marriage November 27, 1998. Al worked at a variety of GM Plants in the Flint area before retiring from Chevy V-8 Engine Plant in 2000. After retirement, he worked as a driver for Pasty Lou Chevrolet. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge # 458 F.&A.M. Al leaves to cherish his memory wife Darlene, five children, Lisa Roback, Tracie Crosby, Brian and wife Jessica White, Brett and wife Kirsten White, and Tim and wife Caron Lamb, 13 grandchildren, mother, Ethel White, brothers, Delbert and wife Sue, David and wife Belinda, Rick and fiance Chris, sisters, Janice Berry, Karen and husband George Wakefield, and Shirley and husband Roger Campbell, special buddy, Chester, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, and nephew, Jimmy Bruckner.
