Obituary of Judith Shaffer

Of Mt. Morris, age 72, died Sunday, January 3, 2016, surrounded by her family. In accordance with Judith’s Wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial service will take place a later date at Martin Funeral, Cremation & Tribute Services. In lieu of flowers Memorial contributions may be directed to the American Lung Association or American Heart Association. Envelopes are available at the funeral home. Judith was born October 3, 1943, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wilson and Marion (Gruber) Stevens. In her free time, Judith enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, bowling, beading and crocheting, also collected angels. She was a passionate and caring woman, she will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Left to cherish her memory her children: Donald Clardy, Steven Clardy, Gregory Clardy, Lori Clardy, Barbara Clardy, and Marion and husband Roderick Mundy; 5 grandchildren Amber and husband Kevin Lewis, Amanda Clardy, Scott and wife Jessica Clardy, Theresa and husband, Angie Wilson and husband; many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Richard Shaffer; parents, sister Joyce and Marion Jean; brother Richard.
