Obituary of Betty L. Flannery

Of Clio, age 82, died Saturday, October 24, 2015, surrounded by her family. Funeral service will take place Tuesday October 27, 2015 at 1:00 pm, at Martin Funeral Home, Cremation & Tribute Services- Genesee Township, with burial to follow in Flint Memorial Park. Betty’s family will be present at the funeral home, on Tuesday from 11:00 am until time of service at 1:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may direct memorial contributions to the family, Envelopes are available at the funeral home. Betty was born in Flint January 5, 1933, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Leo and Ora (Kilborn) McLain. Betty worked at Walmart on Corunna Road for 16 years she enjoyed her job and those she worked with. She was an impeccable housekeeper and everything in her home was spotless. She was a caring, generous, loving person you couldn’t ask for a more beautiful person inside and out. Left to cherish her memory her two daughters; Peggy McClure,and Sue and wife Kelly DeLaCruz; three grandchildren; Tony DeLaCruz, Sabrina DeLaCruz, Holly DeLaCruz; and five great-grandchildren Chad, Kearsten, Joslynn, Dale, Ethan; brothers; sisters; many nieces and nephews.
