I have moved from Bay City but still take the newspaper & saw Lucile's obituary today. I knew her from United Methodist Women. She always seemed so happy & so busy, & I loved her smile! I'm sure you have many fond memories of her! God has welcomed her home.

I loved both Lucille and Ernie. They were both good neighbors and kind people to me. I will always have memories of Lucille playing the piano at the Gilford UMC. All of our activities for VBS, Christmas programs and Sunday School...she was there. One time I asked her about Ernie and how he had passed so long ago, how she kept going. She told me that it gave her comfort to know that some day they would be together again. When I heard about Lucille's passing, that was the first thing I thought of. A life well lived.
