Alice always had a smile on her face and could always put one on yours. She was a very special person and will be missed by everyone who knew her. Ann, Sandy, Carl and Barbara, sorry to hear of the passing of your mother. I remember way back when visiting your house when the Labor Day Bean Festival was downtown Fairgrove. Kathy and I would visit with your family, your mother made us feel so welcome. Sorry, again of your lost.

dear sandy, mike, and family....i just heard this morning of the passing of your mom ! we are so very sorry for your loss. when it comes to moms, we just expect that they will always be here to confide in, to answer our questions, and generally just tell us what to do if we are in doubt about something.....isn't that what moms' do best? you will certainly miss her, but may you have comfort in knowing that she had a long, and good life. her children , grandchildren, and grt. grandchild will have many wonderful memories to pass on to others !! Just wanted to let your whole family know that we have been thinking about you often the last few days, and want to give each of you our love and support during this time of loss and sadness. Alice was a fun-loving, caring, gentle, and strong woman. She seemed always to be right "on top of things" whenever we talked to her, and was such a good role model for maintaining a good sense of humor, living each day to the fullest, and keeping a positive attitude. She is a woman to be admired, and we are all lucky to have shared in her life on this earth. Blessings to each of you.

I am sorry to hear that your mom is gone. I enjoyed taking care of her when I worked at Huron Woods. Her smile and words of wisdom touched many people. I'm sure she is in Heaven's Library- arranging CDs and books. She was a very special person and she will be sadly missed
