Obituary of Bethyl Jane Hawkins

Bethyl “Beth” Jane Hawkins, age 70, of Mt. Morris died Tuesday, March 3, 2015. The funeral service will take place 11:00 am, Monday, March 9, 2015, at the Martin Funeral, Cremation & Tribute Services in Mt. Morris; with burial to follow in Butman Township Cemetery in Gladwin. Beth’s family will be present to receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, from 1:00 pm until 8:00 pm. On Monday from 10:00 am until time of service at 11:00 am. Those desiring may consider memorial contributions to the family. Envelopes are available at the funeral home. Beth was born October 11, 1944, in Flint, Michigan, the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Raymond and Elsie (Morrison) Webber. She married her long time love Raymond Hawkins on April 6, 2001, in Mt. Morris. Beth was a caring, spiritual and faithful loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and an award-winning painter that enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, painting, fishing and watching the Detroit Tigers. Left to cherish her memory husband, Raymond; three children: Kevin Graves, Steven (Kim) Graves and Lori Belknap; three grandchildren: Ashleigh, Amber and Austin Baumgart; three great-grandchildren: Alayna, Jaiden and one on the way; three brothers: Alan (Shawnette) Webber, Bryan (Suzie) Webber, and Barry (Barb) Webber; stepdaughter, Melissa LaRock; special friend, Jeannette Kauffman; and her cat Chippy. Beth was preceded in death by her parents, and her brother Mark Webber. Beth’s family would like to extend a special thank you to Tracy Breedlove for all the care she has shown.
