Age 37, of Flint died Sunday, November 23, 2014. The memorial service will take place 4:00 pm, Friday, November 28, 2014, at the Martin Funeral, Cremation & Tribute Services in Mt. Morris; with cremation to follow. Ryan’s family invites Ryan’s friends to celebrate his life at the funeral home on Friday from 2:00 pm until time of service at 4:00 pm. In lieu of flowers please consider memorial contributions to Vision Quest Recovery, 2440 Forest St. Port Huron, Michigan 48060. Envelopes are available at the funeral home.
Ryan was born September 6, 1977, in Wagner, Oklahoma, the son of Mr. & Mrs. William and Mary (Montague) Edwards. Ryan attended Elisabeth Ann Johnson High School in Mt. Morris, Class of 1995. Ryan was an enthusiast of life who enjoyed making people happy. He loved spending time with his family and friends, listening to music and singing karaoke, hunting and watching sports.
Left to cherish his memory, his mother Mary Edwards; three siblings: Greg Edwards and Sara Cummings, Will Edwards and Meredith (Guy) Pellegrini; his grandmother, Doris (Montague) Smith; special nieces: Jessica Martin and Jennifer Edwards; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and friends.
Ryan was preceded in death by his father and his grandparents.
