Obituary of Frances Julia Roberts

Frances "Fran" Julia Roberts, age 61, of Mt. Morris, died Wednesday, October 29, 2014. Mass of Christian burial will take place 11:00 am, Tuesday, November 4, 2014, at the St. Mary Catholic Church in Mt. Morris. Rev. Fr. Thomas Nenneau will officiate with burial to follow in Calvary Cemetery. Fran’s family will be present at the Martin Funeral, Cremation & Tribute Services in Mt. Morris on Monday, from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm. On Tuesday, Fran will be taken to church to lie in state from 10:00 am until time of Mass at 11:00 am. Those desiring may consider memorial contributions to the family. Envelopes are available at the funeral home and church. Frances “Fran” was born January 9, 1953, in Mt. Clemens, Michigan, the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Walter and Helen (Dobis) Roberts. She graduated from Mt. Morris, Class of 1971. In her free time Fran enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Left to cherish her memory, her mother, Helen Roberts; four brothers and sisters, Patricia Roberts; Michael Leo and wife, Kathleen Roberts; Martin Louis and wife, Denise Roberts; Geraldine and husband Timothy Butler; many nieces, nephews; great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews; as well as many other family members and friends.
