Ken and Family, So sorry for your loss. Dean was a friend and classmate of mine in the class of '63 and and a teammate on football and basketball teams. I remember him as a bright, good-looking, and friendly young man. Perhaps the thing we had most in common was the fact that our fathers were both tough disciplinarians. My stepfather was Fred Serra, who was the chief of police when Dean's father was our school principal. Although we both went on to serve in the Air Force and to live out West, I never had a chance to visit with Dean after high school. I am sorry that I did not get to know him as an adult. I hope that in this time of grief you will find comfort in your happy memories of Dean.\
Sincerely,\
