Obituary of Mark Gene Taber

Of Flint, age 54, died Monday, May 17, 2010. The funeral service will take place 1:00pm, Friday, May 21, 2010 at the Miles Martin Funeral Home in Mt. Morris. Mr. Darrell Taber will officiate with burial to follow in Flint Memorial Park. Family will be present to receive friends on Thursday at the funeral home from 12:00pm until 9:00pm. In lieu of flowers, please direct memorial contributions to the family fund. Envelopes are available at the funeral home. Mark was born July 7, 1955 the son of Mr. and Mrs. Clayton and Cora (Shelton) Taber.
Mark leaves to cherish his memory, his children, Joseph and fiancee, Krystal, Jennifer and husband, Matt, and Lisa; step-children, Jennifer and husband, Jamie Clark and John and wife, Judy Becker; brothers, Skip and wife, Cathy and Floyd and wife, Alania Taber; sisters, Suzanne and Cheryl and husband, Eugene Haney, Georgina and husband, Raymond Peel and Janice and husband, James Houghtelling; six grandchildren, Melissa, Matthew, Jr., Christopher, Brittany, John Russel, and Brandi; and many other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and many other relatives.
