Of Flushing, previously of Mt. Morris, age 98, died Saturday, June 12, 2010 at Birchwood Meadow Assisted Living. Mass of Christian Burial will take place 11:00am, Tuesday, June 15, 2010 at St. Mary Catholic Church in Mt. Morris. Rev. Fr. Thomas Nenneau will officiate with burial to follow in Calvary Cemetery. Please direct memorial contributions to St. Mary Catholic Church. Envelopes are available at the church. Mildred was born December 1, 1911 in Ovit, Michigan the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Leopold and Ernestine (Moravcick) Dobis. Mildred was amazingAaashe was ahead of her time and stepped out of the normal bounds. She was a wonderful sister, aunt, and friend and she will be greatly missed. Mildred leaves to cherish her memory her siblings, Bertha, Helen, and Leo; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews and great-great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Irene and Ann; and brothers, Charles and William.
