Obituary of William Daniel Kippe

Of Mt. Morris, age 79, died Saturday, July 10, 2010 at his home. Cremation has taken place. The memorial service will take place Saturday, July 17 at 11am at St. Timothy's Lutheran Church In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Timothy Lutheran Church or Hospice of Hope. William was born April 21, 1931 in Mt. Morris, Michigan the son of Mr. and Mrs. William and Claudina (Peterson) Kippe. He and Nellie May Hull were united in marriage on September 29, 1951. William worked at Buick Motor Company for 30 years until he retired in 1979. He was a member of the UAW #599, as well as a member of Loyal Order of Moose Birch Run #2426, where he held the Degree of Fellowship. Bill leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of 58 years, Nell; four children, Bill and wife, Lynn Kippe, John and wife, Cathy Kippe, Sue and husband, Larry Zeisloft, and Sherry and husband, Bob Bonner; 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; sister, Joanne Kietzman; brother, Ed and wife, Larilee Kippe; sister, Sally Hollenbeck; brother, Jim and wife, Peggy Edson; brother-in-law, Dillis and wife, Judy Hull; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and son, Allen Lee Kippe.
