Of Flint, age 69, died Saturday, August 7, 2010 at Brians House Hospice. Cremation has taken place with burial to follow in Flint Memorial Park. Those desiring, please direct memorial contributions to the Brians House Hospice-Davison. Envelopes are available at the funeral home.
Linda was born April 25, 1941 in Flint, Michigan the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William and Dorothy Stemple (Smith). She and Robert Wilcox Sr. were united in marriage in the 1960s. She chose a good life by raising her family. She will be remembered for being a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Linda will be greatly missed.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her father, William; children, Jeffery Eckler, Mark Eckler, Laurie Scribner and fiance, Richard Rolf Jr., and Robert and wife, Barbara Wilcox; twelve grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two brothers, Bobby and Billy; two sisters, Carol and Sandy; and many in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Wilcox Sr.; son, Bradley Scott Wilcox; and her mother, Dorothy.
