Obituary of Alberta Jarrett

Of Vassar, age 89, died Friday, October 29, 2010 at St. Mary Hospital. The funeral service will take place 11:00am, Wednesday, November 3, 2010 at the Martin Funeral Home Aaa Vassar, with burial to follow in Almer Township Cemetery. Alberta's family will be present at the funeral home on Wednesday, from 9:00am until time of service at 11:00am. Those desiring may direct memorial contributions to the family. Envelopes are available at the funeral home.
Alberta was born November 17, 1920 in Silverwood, Michigan the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Albert and Nellie (Blackmer) McTaggart. She and Arnold Jarrett were united in marriage in Flint, Michigan in 1959. He preceded her in death. Alberta enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, loved playing Bingo, cards, word search puzzles and watching TV.
Alberta leaves to cherish her memory, two children, Avery and wife Janet Gill and Donna and husband Robert Clinesmith, 7 grandchildren 17 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren; and many friends.
Alberta was preceded in death by parents, 1st husband Avery Gill, 2nd husband Clayton Beyette, 3rd husband Arnold Jarrett, three daughters; twins Judith and Judy and Crystal Beyette, son David Beyette and 17 brothers and sisters.
