Of Mt. Morris, age 93, died Monday, November 22, 2010 at Lapeer County Regional Medical . The funeral service will take place, 11:00am, Saturday, November 27, 2010 at the Miles Martin Funeral Home in Mt. Morris. Pastor Alonzo Vincent will officiate with burial to follow in Mt. Morris Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, from 4:00pm to 8:00pm. Memorial donations may be directed to the Charity of Choice. Envelopes are available at the funeral home.
Marian was born August 8, 1917 in Gladwin, Michigan the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clark and Grace (Edick) Murphy. She and Francis Howe were united in marriage in 1937 in Indiana.
Marian leaves to cherish her memory her son Gary and wife Barbara Howe, three grandchildren, Brian and wife Pamela Howe, Rebecca Howe, and Joshua and wife Jodi Howe, five great-grandchildren, Allison, Bradley, and Alex Howe, Reese Greenough, and Grant Howe, and many nieces and nephews.
She was preced in death by her husband, Francis, one sister, Lois MacLennon, and three brothers, Chester Murphy, Clifford Murphy, and Carl Murphy.
