Obituary of Tracey Lyne Jackson

Of Flint, age 41, died Monday, November 29, 2010. The funeral service will take place 4:00pm, Friday, December 3, 2010 at the Miles Martin Funeral Home in Mt. Morris. Deacon Michael Dear will officiate with cremation to follow. The family will be present to receive friends at Martin Funeral home, December 3, 2010 from 12:00noon until the time of service at 4:00pm. In lieu of flowers, please direct memorial contributions to the family fund. Envelopes are available at the funeral home. Tracey was born September 30, 1969 in Flint, Michigan the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Leroy and Sharon (Kovich) Poling. She and Robert Jackson were united in marriage on April 16, 1994. Tracey had a passion for feeding and caring for animals; squirrels would eat out of her hands. Tracey enjoyed crossstitching and spending time with her family. She especially loved to watch her son, Robbie play sports. Robbie was the light of her life. Her eyes always lit up when talking about him. She was so proud of the young man that he was becoming. Tracey leaves to cherish her memory, her husband of 17 years, Robert; son, Robbie; father, Leroy "Bud" Poling; mother; Sharon Poling; sister, Lori Devereoux; aunts, Joline Watson and Stacey Chapman; father and mother-in-law, Robert and Velma Jackson; sister-in-law Kathy and husband, Rich Firestone; brother-in-law Dave and wife, Karin Jackson; nephews, Alex and Aidin Jackson and David Devereoux; niece, Sara Devereoux; and several cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by grandmother, Maxine Kovich and brother, Larry Kovich.
