Of Flint, age 79, died Monday, November 29, 2010 at Hurley Medical Center. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Dinner will be held in Bill's honor on December 7, 2010 at Church of God of Prophecy, 1143 W. Parkwood Ave. Flint, at 2:00pm. Those desiring may direct memorial contributions to the family.
Bill was born March 3, 1931 in Flint, Michigan the son of Mr. and Mrs. Irwin and Ada (Warson) Cook. As a young man Bill would meet the love of his life June. They were married for 20 years. She preceded him in death. Bill was a well driller for 40 years. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, hunting and fishing.
Bill leaves to cherish his memory, his sister Betty Chadwell and brother Richard Cook, several nieces, nephews, several children and special friends, Chris and Samantha.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents, wife June and two brothers.
