My deepest sympathy for the family. May the promises in the Holy Scriptures brings comfort to you. The Bible promises one day soon, AaA"God will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymoreAaA -Revelation chapter 21 verses 3,4. We yearn for the day to see our dear loved ones again. Jesus promises, AaA"the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come outAaA - John chapter 5 verses 28, 29.

I'm sorry to hear about the loss of your loved one. I used see Sherrie in the Mott Community College Bear Bistro when I would go and order my lunch @ work, she smiled all the time. She was so pleasant and nice to all the people who came through her checkout line and assisted everyone with no hesitation. By the way she smiled all the time, you would never had thought that she was sick. I'll be praying for your family that God will heal you in your time of sorrow. Think of all the happy memories you shared together and it will make your days of sorrow not be so bad. God bless

Sherrie was wonderful. I got to know her at Mott Community College, where she was part of my morning nearly every work day. She is already missed at MCC. My heart goes out to her family.

My Mom was my best friend, and the most wonderful Grandma to all 5 of her Grandchildren. She lived her life to the fullest with many good memories with friends and family! I know that in my Moms time of pain & suffering, she was very afraid to leave the earth and leave us all behind....Now she is in a better place, and her pain and suffering are gone. Although her time here was very short, she had a lot of friends and family tha helped her through her illness and stood by her side. *Note to Mom* I know you left and was very sad for having to do so...but I will see you again someday when It is my time to meet the man upstairs till then watch over the family and especially the Grandkids, and know that you are very loved and missed!I LOVE YOU MOM! ~Michelle~

I met Sherrie many years ago when she was challenging illegal discrimination by a business owner. Sherrie was a fighter who was not afraid to stand up for what was right. It is a shame she passed at such a young age. My condolences to her family.\ \ Greg Gibbs
