No matter how much time passes, I still think of you often. I wish you would have had the chance to live the life that you wanted filled with all of the joy that you truly deserved but I take comfort in knowing that you are finally at peace. It's been almost a year since I got the horrible news that you had passed and I miss you just as much today as I did then. You will live forever inside the hearts of those who knew and loved you. Joe, we met so many years ago, and you have been my life long friend. I will miss you more than words can say...You once told me that you never forget your first love...we were first loves when we were kids and you were always a great guy...I miss you so much already...May you rest in peace my sweet friend and be taken care of by god, the way you always took care of others...you will be missed...you taught me the importance of family, sports, laughter, and so many good things in life.
