Obituary of Elton Eugene Dodd

Of Flint, age 53, died Monday, February 28, 2011 at home. Cremation has taken place. Memorial donations may be directed to a Family Fund. Envelopes are available at the funeral home. Elton was born March 7, 1957 in Flint, Michigan the son of Mr. and Mrs. Chester Eldon and Alma (Edwards) Dodd. He enjoyed fishing, snowmobiling, spending time with his grandchildren, and his family. Elton leaves to cherish his memory four children, Wendy and husband Tony Coppersmith, Brandi Knaus, James and wife Cindy Dodd, and Rebecca and husband Aaron Pyrzewski, nine grandchildren, mother Alma Dodd, four brothers, David and wife Judy Dodd, Dewayne and wife Cheryl Dodd, Farley Joe Dodd and Alan and wife Peggy Dodd, and sister Theresa Dodd, brother, Murray Coon and fiance Melinda Gray,and many nieces and nephews. Elton was preceded in death by,father, Chester and brother, Tony.
