Of Mt. Morris, age 56, died Thursday, July 21, 2011 at Brians House Hospice. The funeral service will take place 11:00am, Monday, July 25, 2011 at the Miles Martin Funeral Home in Mt. Morris. Pastor Bruce Lawton will officiate with cremation to follow. The family will be present to receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, July 25, 2011 from 10:00am until the time of service at 11:00am. Those desiring, may direct memorial contributions to the family fund. Envelopes are available at the funeral home.
Anna was born May 24, 1955 in Kansas City, Kansas the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James and Anna (Armstrong) Sheldon. Anna liked to laugh and be silly; above all, she loved her family. She will be greatly missed.
Anna leaves to cherish her memory, her fiance, Michael and his children, Christina, David, Kimberly, Benjamin, and Carrie; two daughters, Hope Sheldon-Dobson and Destinie Bearup; three grandchildren, Jeffery and Kayla Fredrickson and Matthew Hendrickson; sister, Barbara Burrell; brother, Robert Sheldon; one nephew; two nieces; and numerous friends.
She followed her parents and brother, James, to their personal peace.
