Obituary of June Marie Hart

Of Millington, age 92, died Saturday, September 10, 2011, at Tendercare Health Care Center of Frankenmuth. The funeral service will take place 11:00am, Wednesday, September 14, 2011, at the Martin Funeral Home - Vassar. Pastor Ron Sinclair will officiate with burial to follow. June's family will be present to receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. Those desiring may direct memorial contributions to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or American Red Cross. Envelopes are available at the funeral home. June was born May 26, 1919, in Caro, Michigan the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank and June (Bell) Duprey. June worked at General Motors as a cook for many years. She enjoyed spending time with her family and close friends, Carol and Geneiva, animals, dancing, shopping, playing cards, playing and listening to old music, gardening, watching old movies, getting her hair done, cooking and baking, taking pictures and speaking her mind. Left to cherish her memory are daughter-in-law, Shirley Noel; two children, Larry Noel and Frances Kloha; three sons-in-law, Jim, Roger and Steve Hart; five grandchildren, Vicky (Jesse) Page, William Noel, Debbie Knoerr, Connie (Alan) Sullivan and Robert Knoerr; eight great-grandchildren, Robert and Jason Patterson, Amber June (Dustin) Cody, Jessie Page, Brandon and Justin Knoerr, Ryan and Maria Sullivan; three great-great grandchildren, Cayden and Abigail Marie Cody, Hailey Werner and close friend, Elaine Lawrence. June was preceded in death by her parents; two husbands, Edward Datz and Newell Hart; grandson, Thomas Noel and great-great grandson, Thomas Patterson.
