Obituary of Mary Frances Sadler

Of Flint, age 94, died Friday, September 23, 2011, at Maple Woods Manor. The funeral service will take place 3:00 pm, Tuesday, September 27, 2011, at Martin Funeral, Cremation & Tribute Services in Mt. Morris. Pastor David Burkett will officiate with burial to follow in Flushing Township Cemetery. Mary's family will be present at the funeral home on Tuesday from 12:00 noon until time of service at 3:00 pm.
Mary was born April 29, 1917 in Charleston, Missouri, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Walter and Effie (Jackson) Favors. Mary enjoyed spending time with family and friends, watching birds, and gardening.
Left to cherish her memory are, niece, Barbara Blue; nephew, Charles and wife, Melva Favors; great-nephew and caregiver, Timothy Blue; and many great-nieces and great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Paul M. and C. Harold, and two sisters, A. Doris and Margaret E.
