Obituary of Lesa Gwen Groves

Of Flint, age 46, died Wednesday, February 17, 2010 at home. A Life Celebration will take place 4:00pm, Friday, February 19, 2010 at the Miles Martin Funeral Home in Mt. Morris. Rev. Rhonda Groves Young will officiate with cremation to follow. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, from 2:00pm to 8:00pm, and on Friday from 2:00pm until time of service at 4:00pm. Memorial donations may be directed to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. Envelopes are available at the funeral home. In honor of Lesa, family and friends are invited to wear pink. Lesa was born March 30, 1963, in Flint, Michigan, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond and Donna (Miller) Groves. Lesa especially loved Harley DavidsonAaas, the dolphins at Cherry Grove Beach, and all of her nieces and nephews. Close to LesaAaas heart is her nephew Cameron. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Lesa leaves to cherish her memory her parents, Raymond AaA"JoeAaA and Donna Groves, three sisters, Rhonda and husband Darrell Young, Dana and husband Tom Taylor, and Kristina and husband Brian Blossom, brother Brian and wife Elizabeth Groves, and many very special nieces, nephews, and grand nieces and nephews, friends Diana McDonald, and Debbie Thomas, and many special aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her very special Uncle Vern Miller.
