Obituary of Loretta Diane Harper

Of Vassar, age 55, went home to be with her Lord Friday, January 27, 2012, at Covenant Health Care-Cooper. The funeral service will take place 11:00 am, Friday, February 3, 2012, at the Christ Kingdom Ministries in Saginaw. Pastor Edward Jackson will officiate with burial to follow in Riverside Cemetery. The family will be present to receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, February 2, 2012, from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm. Those desiring, may direct memorial contributions to the Christ Kingdom Ministries. Envelopes are available at the funeral home and church. Diane was born March 6, 1956, in Saginaw, Michigan, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Manuel and Jewell (Brown) Harper. Diane loved children and was an aunt to many. She was a Missionary for Christ Kingdom Full Gospel Baptist Fellowship Church. She will be remembered for her smile, being a great cook, sister, friend and her dedication to the Lord. Left to cherish her memory are her siblings, Alisa Harper, Manuel Harper, Jr., Annette Harper, Janet and husband, Tony Lugo, Tommy and wife, Shelly Harper and Tim and wife, Linda Harper; and several nieces, nephews, many other family members, friends and the Christ Kingdom Church family. Loretta was preceded in death by her parents and sister-in-law, Daniela Harper.
