age 65 of Clio died suddenly, February 25, 2014.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 am Saturday, March 1, 2014, at St. Mary Catholic Church Mt. Morris. Rev. Fr. Thomas Nenneau will officiate with cremation to follow. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm. Friday evening, family and friends will gather at 6:00 pm at the funeral home to pray the Rosary. On Saturday, Dale will be taken to church to lie in state from 10:00 am until time of Funeral Mass at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to St. Mary Church or School or St. Vincent de Paul-Mt. Morris. Envelopes are available at the funeral home and church.
Dale was born December 26, 1948, in Flint, to Mark and Stella (Kliber) Kujacznski. He attended Sacred Heart of Flint High School, and graduated from Northwestern in 1967. He worked over 30 years as a Master Technician at many GM dealerships in the area, retiring from Randy Wise Chevrolet. Dale married his best friend Kathryn Kenny August 10, 1974. He was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Mt. Morris. Dale enjoyed traveling and camping throughout the State of Michigan as well as the United States. He loved his family and friends and would always lend a hand to a friend in need. His big smile was contagious and his laugh too. He spent time in his "office" working on computers, pictures, or researching his genealogy. He was very proud of his Polish heritage and was a "fare weather" fisherman and hunter. You could also find him tinkering on his John Deere tractors, starting a home improvement project or just being outdoors. He was an amazing husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. Dale loved listening to Polish music, spending time with friends and family and drinking beer. Surviving is his beloved wife of 39.5 years, Kathy; daughters, Janet (Scott) Harcek; Lisa Owens (Jason) and Dale Jr.; granddaughters, Skylar and Anevay Owens and grandsons, Nathaniel and Noah Harcek; numerous brothers and sister-in-law; nieces; nephews and countless friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Joann; brother, Louis; mother-in-law, Helen Kenny.
