Obituary of Richard Frazier

Of Clio age 72, died Tuesday, March 4, 2014. A memorial service will be held 1:00 pm, Friday, March 7, 2014, at the Bethany United Methodist Church, in Clio. Cremation has taken place. Richard's family will be present to receive friends at church from 10:00 am until time of service at 1:00 pm. Those desiring may consider memorial contributions to Bethany United Methodist Church. Richard was born March 7, 1941, in Flint, Michigan the son of Mr. & Mrs. Ralph (Philene) Frazier. He married Nancy on August 24, 1963, at Mt. Morris, Michigan. Richard worked for Consumers Energy for over 30 years, retiring in 1996. He was a long time member of Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie # 3609. Richard enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Left to cherish his memory, wife Nancy; three children, Kristen Frazier, Scott Frazier and Jennifer Frazier (Carl Ridgway); five grandchildren, Scott, Jr., (Jessie) Frazier, Alicia Frazier, Andrew Frazier and Samantha and Michael Cass; three great-grandchildren, Avalynn Frazier, Jon Michael and Serenity Cass; six siblings, Betty Haynes, Jean Thrall, Charles (Donna) Frazier, Maxine Vuncannon, Joyce Garey and Carol (Tim) Sanders; two special dogs Onyx and Raven. Richard was preceded in death by his parents, daughter Robin Cass, sister Kathryn Jewett, mother and father in-law June and Robert Archambault.
