Obituary of Christopher M. Hall

Of Flint, formerly of Mt. Morris, age 53, died Friday, August 17, 2012, at McLaren Flint. Cremation has taken place. A Life Celebration will be held 4:00 pm, Thursday, August 23, 2012, at the Martin Funeral, Cremation & Tribute Services in Mt. Morris. Pastor David Burkett will officiate. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, from 10:00 am until time of service at 4:00 pm. Memorial contributions may be considered to the Family Fund. Envelopes are available at the funeral home. Chris was born October 7, 1958, in Flint, Michigan, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Stanley and Betty (Fraser) Hall. He and Robin Durham were united in marriage May 19, 2004, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Chris proudly served his country in the United States Army and Marines. He worked as a police officer for Genesee Township and was the Chief of Police in Lennon. Chris was a Volunteer Firefighter for 28 years in Beecher, and he most rencently worked as a mechanic for Town and Country Lanes. Left to cherish his memory is wife Robin; two daughters, Jayna Hall and Angelique Miller; two step children, Kylie and Jacob Dues; sister, Shelley and husband, Jim Novaco; three brothers, Michael and wife, Alice Hall, Patrick and wife, Jeanie Hall; and Kevin and wife, Brenda Hall; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Joesph and Rita Durham; two brothers-in-law, Joseph Jr. and wife, Wendy Durham and Tim Durham; sister-in-law, Tammy Durham; and many nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by parents.
