Obituary of Geraldine O. Fallon

Of Mt. Morris, age 85, died Sunday, January 20, 2013 at MediLodge of Montrose. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Mass will take place, Friday, January 25, 2013, at 11:00 am at St. Mary Catholic Church in Mt. Morris. Rev. Fr. Francis Faracci will officiate. A private burial will take place at a later date in Calvary Cemetery. Memorial donations may be directed to the American Cancer Society. Geraldine was born February 2, 1927, in Oakland, California, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gerhardus and Ora (Shaw) Kick. She and Jospeh Edward Fallon were united in marriage February 2, 1945. Geraldine enjoyed spending time with her family and pets, gardening, and sewing. Left to cherish her memory is five children Mary Ellen, of Mt. Morris, Rose Ann of Northville, Joseph of Marlette, Gerhard "Jerry" and wife, Debra of Birch Run, and John of Mt. Morris; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and sister, Evelyn Kick, of Dublin, CA. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
