Obituary of Manuel A. Zaragoza

Of Flint, age 69, died Thursday, April 11, 2013, at University of California Medical Center in San Diego. The funeral service will take place 11:00 am, Saturday, April 20, 2013, at the Martin Funeral, Cremation & Tribute Services in Mt. Morris. Mr. Gilbert Zaragoza will officiate with cremation to follow. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, from 9:30 am until time of service at 11:00 am. Manny was born January 15, 1944, in Calexico, California the son of Don and Julia (Avalos) Zaragoza. He and Agnes L. Graves were united in marriage December 9, 1977. He proudly served in the Air Force. Manny retired after 31 years of truck repair at the GM Cadillac plant in Grand Blanc. Surviving are wife, Agnes; two sons Manny (Paula) and Robert (Sharon); two daughters, Barbara and Karen (Keith) Miller; his other children, Teresa, Ray, and Christine; three brothers, Gilbert, George, and Eddie; his Dad, Don; his niece Jordanna; 15 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his mother, Julia; sister, Yolanda; son-in-law, Roger Emery; and daughter Mary Lou Graves.
