Obituary of Eva May Bellinger

Of Clio, age 88, died Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at home. The funeral service will take place 1:00 pm, Saturday, May 18, 2013, at the Thetford Center United Methodist Church in Clio. Rev. Karen Williams will officiate with burial to follow in Thetford Township Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. On Saturday, Eva will be taken to church to lie in state from 12:00 noon until time of service at 1:00 pm. Memorial donation may be directed to the Thetford Center United Methodist Church. Envelopes are available at the funeral home and church. Eva was born October 13, 1924 in Ludington, Michigan, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Roland and Grace (Anderson) Porter. She and Daniel Bellinger were united in marriage April 4, 1998.. Left to cherish her memory are two children, Janis and husband, Thomas Franich and Kenneth and wife, Suzanne Harmon; seven grandchildren, Jeremiah, Dustin and Sarah Kangas and Kenneth Jr., Stacy, Makaha and Heather Harmon; one great-grandson, Elijah Kangas; many nieces and nephews and special friends, Wilma Walton and Myra Bellinger. She was preceded in death by husband, Daniel; two sons, Mark and Brian and two sisters, Marie and Myrtle.
