Obituary of Sharon Allen

Of Clio, age 69, died Wednesday, May 29, 2013. The funeral service will take place 3:00pm, Friday, May 31, 2013, at the Martin Funeral, Cremation & Tribute Services in Mt. Morris with cremation to follow. Sharon's family will be present at the funeral home on Thursday to receive friends from 4:00pm to 8:00pm, Friday from 9:00am until time of service at 3:00pm. Those desiring may consider memorial contributions to the family fund. Envelopes are available at the funeral home. Sharon was born March 8, 1944, in Flint, Michigan, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Durwood and RoseMary (Kellogg) Brooks. Sharon enjoyed spending time with family and friends especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren Left to cherish her memory, three children, Kelly (Julie) Allen, Michelle (Steve) Petrosky and Denny (Misty) Delbridge; 14 grandchildren, Alisha, Krystal, Ricky Jr., Nick, Nathaniel, Kelly, Jr., Tasha, Tiffany, Rod Jr., Brittany, Tailor, Krista, Brianna and Deni-Lyn; 8 great-grandchildren; 3 siblings, Roselyn, Cindy and Marybeth. She was preceded in death by her parents, son Rick, great-grand-daughter Alexus Marie, brother Harry "Buddy", niece Vicki and nephew Dennis Brooks.
