Obituary of Robert S. Bonner

Age 68 of Gaines, passed away peacefully Sunday, March 12, 2006 at the Genesys Hospice Care Center in Goodrich. Funeral service will be held 1:00pm, Wednesday, March 15, 2006 at the Miles Martin Funeral Home in Mt. Morris, Rev. Vernon Lawrence officiating with burial following in Tanner Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm and on Wednesday from 9:00 am until time of the service at 1:00pm. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Bonner Family Fund. Envelopes are available at the funeral home. Robert was born April 18, 1937 in Flint, Michigan. He served in the United States Army from 1955-1959 and worked for Fisher Body and GM Truck & Bus for thirty-seven years. Surviving are his six children, Troy and wife Sandy Sizemore of Clio, Paul and wife Linda Burchell of Birch Run, Emily Randolph of Virginia Beach, Robert and wife Ann Bonner Jr. of Wisconsin, Rebecca Styles of Holt and Valerie and husband Ken DuBose of Gaines; a load of grand kids and great grandkids and his buddies at the Caboose Lounge. He was preceded in death by his wife, Norma Jean (Ross) Bonner in 1998 and son, Tom Sizemore.
