Obituary of Irma Lucille Erdody

ERDODY, Irma L. \ Of Fairgrove, age 86 died Thursday, July 13, 2006 at Brianas House Hospice in Bay City. Irma was born June 21, 1920 in Caro, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Word and Ida (Lewis) Parsell. She and Joseph Erdody were united in marriage September 14, 1940. He preceded her in death. Irma enjoyed peaceful walks, flowers, gardening and especially spending time with her grandchildren. \ Surviving are her daughter Nancy Erdody of Reese;\ 4 grandchildren Sherry and Chris Conachan of Reese,\ Matthew and Tiffany Kern of Reese,\ Michael and Heather Buzzard of Charlotte,\ Richard and Darcie Buzzard of Grand Blanc;\ 7 great grandchildren Hannah Conachan, \ Faith Conachan,\ Lucas Buzzard,\ Benjamin Buzzard,\ Brooklyne Buzzard,\ Tara Kern,\ Leah Kern;\ Brother Franklin Parsell of Caro;\ Several nieces and nephews.\ She was preceded in death by parents, husband Joseph Erdody, sister Irene Edmonds, 2 brothers Norman Parsell and Donald Parsell, and daughter Joan Kern. \ Funeral services will be held 11:00am Monday, July 17, 2006 at Martin Funeral home in Fairgrove with Hospice Chaplain Judy Wilcox officiating. Burial at Brookside Cemetery. Family will be present to receive friends at the funeral home 2-8pm Sunday and 9-11am on Monday.
