Erdene was such a great lady! I have wonderful memories of visiting her in the summers, walking in the garden and playing in the yard. She had a great laugh and a generous spirit. My best memory, in high school I was given an assignment to interview my grandparents about their life and experiences. Unfortunately, I did not have any living grandparents to help me. Erdene and Roy gladly sat down with me for an interview. She lived an amazing life and was so happy to share it with me. No wonder, I got an A. I am so grateful to have grown up with her as a part of my extended family. I will miss her so very much. Love and hugs to the entire Schroeder family!

Dear Family,
So very sorry to hear of your loss. "Aunt" Dean was one of the most full of life people we ever knew, she knew how to live life to the fullest! We sure had lots of fun through the years, at Bob and Evelyn's in Gladwin or at Betty and Louie's place. Many happy memories. Be sure to cling to the memories of the good days, not the days when she wasn't really the same person. We loved her and it was nice that she always seemed so glad to see us. A very special person.

Roy , and family so very sorry for your loss your wife/mother was a very sweet lady. I had the pleasure of meeting her several times. As I was married to Lester Merrill and then to Roger Thom. Both of which were friends to her boys at one time or another. She is most certainly in a better place and still in your hearts.

Reed, I heard of your loss and wanted to send my condolences. I didn't know your Mom for very long. But she was my morher-in-law and my children's Grandmother. I wanted to share something with you that may comfort you. God likens death as sleep. Like Lazarus, he was asleep in death for four days and Jesus raised him to live again. Read what I have written and even the scriptures and you may understand that Erdean, is asleep now and waiting for the resurrection. People that believe there is a hell don't know whether they will go to hell or end up in heaven. Death is a mystery to people because they don't know the truth about what happen when you die. But the Bible is clear if you just want to listen.
How did Jesus demonstrate what resurrection will mean for mankind in general?
John 11:11, 14-44: "[Jesus said to his disciples:] 'Lazarus our friend has gone to rest, but I am journeying there to awaken him from sleep.' . . . Jesus said to them outspokenly: 'Lazarus has died.' . . . When Jesus arrived, he found he [Lazarus] had already been four days in the memorial tomb. . . . Jesus said to her [Martha, a sister of Lazarus]: 'I am the resurrection and the life.' . . . He cried out with a loud voice: 'Lazarus, come on out!' The man that had been dead came out with his feet and hands bound with wrappings, and his countenance was bound about with a cloth. Jesus said to them: 'Loose him and let him go.'" (If Jesus had thus called Lazarus back from a state of bliss in another life, that would have been no kindness. But Jesus' raising Lazarus up from a lifeless state was a kindness both to him and to his sisters. Once again Lazarus became a living human.)
Mark 5:35-42: "Some men from the home of the presiding officer of the synagogue came and said: 'Your daughter died! Why bother the teacher any longer?' But Jesus, overhearing the word being spoken, said to the presiding officer of the synagogue: 'Have no fear, only exercise faith.' . . . He took along the young child's father and mother and those with him, and he went in where the young child was. And, taking the hand of the young child, he said to her: 'Tal'itha cu'mi,' which, translated, means: 'Maiden, I say to you, Get up!' And immediately the maiden rose and began walking, for she was twelve years old. And at once they were beside themselves with great ecstasy." (When the general resurrection takes place on earth during Christ's Millennial Reign, doubtless many millions of parents and their offspring will be overjoyed when they are reunited.).
Gina (Schroeder) Morris.
