TALLEY, Geneva Elizabeth "Rutha \
Age 81 of Mt. Morris died on Thursday, July 27, 2006 at McLaren Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held 3:00 pm. Sunday, July 30, 2006 at the Miles Martin Funeral Home in Mt. Morris, Rev. Terry Klump officiating with cremation to follow. Family will be present to receive friends 1:00pm - 3:00 pm Sunday with the service following. Geneva was born November 15, 1924 in Leachville, Arkansas daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Orville Raymond and Ella N. (Ray) Jones. She retired in 1976 from the Transportation Department of the Carmen School District. She was an avid reader, liked playing bingo and enjoyed her family. Left to cherish her memory are her children, James and wife, Kathy Barker of Burton, Lana and husband Dave Durfee of Mt. Morris, Jade and husband Harry Dennis of Seymour,Tenn., Glynis and husband Steve Scharf of Seymour, Gladys and husband Wayne Riley of Seymour, Tenn.; nine grandchildren; one great grandchild; one sister, Shiela and husband Jim Boedecker; two brothers, Buck and wife Wilma Jones, Floyd and wife, Verdie Jones; numerous nieces and nephews. Geneva was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Glen Jones, Bill Jones, Edgar Jones; and two sisters, Donna Sue Root and Sharon Jones.\
