Obituary of Linda Diane Ormsbee

Age 57, Of Mt. Morris, died Wednesday, October 17, 2007 at Hurley Medical Center. Life Celebration will take place 1:00pm, Wednesday, October 24, 2007 at the Miles Martin Funeral Home. Linda's family will be present to receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 11:00am until the time of service at 1:00pm. With Cremation to follow. Those desiring may direct memorial contributions to the Ormsbee Family Fund. Envelopes are available at the funeral home.\

Linda was born December 18, 1949 in Flint the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Melvin and Evelyn (Morgan) Nixon. She worked for GM for 17 years prior to retiring in 1988. She then went on to work as the case manager for the Hamilton Community Health Network.\

Linda was a loving mother and grandmother who will be sadly missed by her daughter, Bridgette Ormsbee and Darin Briggs of Mt. Morris, Grandsons: Brandon and Alex Briggs of Mt. Morris, Sisters: Helen Burgess of Flushing, Carol and husband Paul Kimsel of Lennon, And many nieces, nephews and friends.\

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Leonard and her twin sister, baby girl Nixon.\
